BMW CCA Club Racing is returning back to Hallett Motor Racing Circuit after last year’s  winter freeze to a warmer time in September. Hallett is the little hidden gem that most people don't know about. Come join us September 19-20, 2019 for 2 fun days at this great track.  You won't be disappointed.  At the moment (6:00 PM July 29) trying to get a test and tune day for Friday the 18th we need to know how many of you want to participate, obviously the more the lower the cost per car Hallett is going to charge us.

This event is 100% go.  Registration dates have been updated to close registration at 7am on Friday of the event. Credit cards will be charged on Friday of the event.  See you there!

If you are currently a non BMW CCA licensed racer and have never had a BMW license but have an competition license from another series (NASA, SCCA, IMSA but not LeMons, Chump, etc) and your license cannot be provisional, rookie or on suspension/probation you will have to apply to the BMW CCA Club Racing prior to the event for a provisional license.  Link to the website BMW CCA Club Racing  Your car must conform to all the BMW safety requirements. These are: any SFI punched equipment must have been punched no earlier than November 2017; any FIA punched equipment stated "not valid after 2024" or later; a center net is REQUIRED even if you have a halo seat (punch dates will be checked); fire suppression SYSTEM not just a bottle; al BMW CCA required sponsor decals including the TireRack.com windshield banner; an in date SFI 38.1 compliant head and neck restraint device. Your race car does doesn't have to be a BMW, nor do you have to fit into a BMW class.  You can run your car in your foreign class.  You will need a current log book and current annual inspection form from the other organization

Very important to note, this race has been designated a North American Challenge Race.  So points at the end of the season can be a good thing.  All regional Premier races (like this one) have Hoosier Tire and Toyo contingencies available.  Typically there needs to be 3 more in a class.  Hopefully this is incentive to get other racers in your class to attend.
