Join us for our Holiday celebration for 2023, yeah it won't be 2023 any more, we just wanted to make it available to more of our members.
This year we are planning a great event. Prior to covid, we had run an event at the BMW Performance Center and it was very popular. So we are going to go back there this year. We will be hosting an evening reception from 6 to 9 with heavy hors d'oerves and a pasta station as well as beer, wine and soft drinks included in the price. And if you want to participate, prior to the reception, we will be able to get on track for a couple of hours on the shortened "skidpad" side course. We will also be holding a "Tricky Tray" Auction for some great stuff from our sponsors, the Foundation and HQ.

Reception entries are limited to the first 90 people that register. Track time is limited to the first 40 people, we want everyone to get some good runs. In order to get track time, you must also register for the reception. An email will be sent out to the track registrants prior to the event with specifics, but you should plan on arriving at the Performance Center by 2:30 for check in.
Event requirements
The reception will be held from 6 to 9 pm. The Tricky Tray Auction will end at 7:30 when we will begin drawings. Bring cash to buy auction tickets.
If you are registered for the track time ( mini AutoX) we will have check in from 2:30 to 3, plan on an orientation from Mike Renner and Jack Sugameli from 3 to 3:20 and plan to be staging at 3:30. You will need a helmet (Snell 2015 or newer, no motorcycle helmets allowed), We will have a few loaner helmets available.Prior to the event you will receive an email with a tech sheet to complete and bring with you to check in.
